Solutions Architect

What you’ll do

• Be the technical partner for design partners and first customers
• Scope and architect self-hosted deployments inside customer clouds
• Make routing, governance, voice, and tools land cleanly in real environments
• Feed field learnings back into the product

What we’re looking for

• Strong infrastructure / cloud background; you've deployed complex software into customer environments
• Excellent communication; comfortable as engineer and advisor at once
• Willingness to travel occasionally for key deployments

Nice to have

• Pre-sales or post-sales engineering experience
• Kubernetes and security / compliance familiarity
