We founded CloudCraft Labs in 2014 and took on our first customer in 2015, building cloud, Kubernetes, data, and AI platforms as a services company — inside our clients’ own environments, on infrastructure they controlled. A decade of that work taught us the same lesson on every engagement: the most important software a company runs should be software it owns and operates, not software it rents by the seat.
Every product we ship follows the same rule. It is self-hostable, it runs on infrastructure you control, and your data never leaves your boundary. We do not charge a per-minute markup, we do not lock you to a single provider, and we do not treat your audit trail as an upsell. The economics work because you own the stack, not because we tax every transaction that crosses it.
