Founding Executive Account Manager

Austin / Remote · Full-time

Own the revenue motion as we transition from a services company to a product company. As our founding sales hire, you'll land design partners, build the playbook from scratch, and own the full cycle.

What you’ll do

  • Own the full sales cycle — from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Land design partners and convert them into our first product customers
  • Build the sales playbook, pipeline, and process from scratch
  • Partner with the founders and engineering on positioning and customer feedback

What we’re looking for

  • Track record selling technical or infrastructure products, ideally early at a startup
  • Comfort owning a number and building process where none exists
  • Credibility with technical buyers in regulated, high-stakes industries

Nice to have

  • Experience selling self-hosted, security, or AI / infrastructure products
  • An existing network in finance, healthcare, or the public sector
