AI Governance Engineer

What you’ll do

• Build GovCraft's policy engine and real-time enforcement at the gateway
• Map AI systems to NIST AI RMF, the EU AI Act, ISO 42001, and SOC 2
• Design the immutable audit trail and automatic gap-detection engine
• Turn dense regulatory text into clean, testable controls

What we’re looking for

• Strong backend engineering (Python preferred)
• Interest in or experience with compliance, security, or policy systems
• Care for correctness, auditability, and clear data models

Nice to have

• Background in GRC, security engineering, or regulated industries
